Available during whale season (JUL–OCT), this special experience combines adventure with one of nature’s greatest spectacles. Cruise across the open ocean, enjoy a stop at iconic sites, and keep your eyes on the horizon for the chance to witness majestic whales in their natural habitat.

While whale sightings are not guaranteed, if whales are not spotted during your experience, we’ll make the most of your time on the water with an extended speedboat ride and a snorkelling session, giving you even more time to enjoy Rarotonga’s beautiful coastline and tropical waters.

Important Information

You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time to ensure that you are checked in and ready to depart at the scheduled time.
All passengers traveling must complete an "Liability form". If a passenger is under 18, the form must be completed on their behalf by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
There is no minimum height requirement.
Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed to ride on their own and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

*Please note: You must let our crew know if you have any medical issues before boarding the boat.

We are not responsible for damaged items you bring onto the boat, everything is at your own risk. You are allowed mobile phones to record and take photos but you are liable for your own items. Our crew will not be looking after your belongings.

1. How early should I arrive for my tour?

We recommend arriving at your designated departure location with sufficient time before your scheduled experience. This allows our team to complete check-in, provide important safety information and prepare everyone for departure.

2. What happens if I arrive late or miss my booking?

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you believe you may arrive late, please contact our team as soon as possible.

Missed departures and rescheduling are subject to availability and our booking terms. Additional fees may apply.

3. Are there age or passenger restrictions?

Passenger eligibility may vary depending on the selected activity, safety requirements and ocean conditions.

Please check the individual tour details or contact our team before booking if you are travelling with children or have specific passenger requirements.

4. Can I bring my phone or camera?

We recommend protecting your electronic devices from water and securing all personal belongings.

For safety reasons, passengers must follow crew instructions regarding the use of phones, cameras and other equipment during the experience.

5. Do I need to book in advance?

Advance reservations are recommended to secure your preferred date and departure time.

Availability is limited and bookings are subject to confirmation through our booking system.

6. What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Your safety is our priority. If weather or ocean conditions are unsuitable for your selected activity, our team will advise you of the available options in accordance with our operating and booking policies.

7. Can I book a private experience or group tour?

Yes, we welcome enquiries from groups looking to enjoy a memorable watersports experience together.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can been seen on all ride pages, please read before you make a booking.

9. Can I change my booking after confirmation?

Booking changes are subject to availability and the conditions of your reservation. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to request a change.

10. What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for your selected water activity. We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes in case you get wet. All things will get wet on the boat. If you do not want any of your items getting wet, leave them in your vehicle or ask our boat crew to store it in our truck.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not accept payments online at this time, we accept cash payments at the meet up location. However when a booking is made, you will have a week before your trip to confirm your booking, fail to confirm your booking 12 hours before your trip will automatically cancel your booking and you will not be able to attend our ride unless discussed with us.
