If your booking is confirmed, cash payment must be made within 72 hours to secure your spot. If payment isn’t made in time, your booking may be released.

Please also arrive 30 minutes early at the dock before departure for check-in and safety briefing.

All guests are required to arrive at the dock at least 30-45 minutes prior to departure to ensure a smooth and timely check-in process.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made on the day of the booking will incur a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount (100%). Voluntary cancellations are eligible for a full refund, less any credit card surcharges and booking fees. In the event that a booking must be cancelled due to weather or sea conditions that prevent safe operation, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
